William Frederick Kinser Jr.'s Obituary
Born January 15, 1920 in Plainview, Arkansas and passed away October 3, 2008 in Dallas, Texas. Fred served as a MP in the 1192nd Military Police Company in the US Army Air Force during WWII. He led a convoy of troops to Normandy. He was retired from the Dallas Times Herald as Pressroom Superintendent. Preceded in death by daughter, Patsy Thomas. Survived by his wife of 68 years, Jean Kinser; son, Fred Kinser and wife Annette; daughter, Kim Wardlow and husband Tommy of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Lori, Trey, and Sherri; and great grandchildren, Scott, Rex, and Landrie. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm, Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 1 pm, Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at DFW National Cemetery.
