LANE, III, WILLIAM Born October 26, 1940 in Marshall, TX and passed away July 8, 2012 in Longview, TX. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Lane; son, Steele Lane and wife, Carolyn; daughter, Kelly Steward Armstrong and husband, Jay; grandchildren: Hali, Ashley, Madison and Brenden; aunt, Rosemary Steele and cousins, Joan Steele Jacobs and Donna Lane Bryant. Visitation will be held from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:30PM, Thursday, July 12 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jackson Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Community Center Building Fund, P.O. Box 686, Harleton, TX 75651.
