Mr. William Payne, known to most as “Bill” passed away on Tuesday afternoon, September 4, 2018 in Plano, Texas. He celebrated 84 years on this Earth.Bill Payne was born on May 31, 1934 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to his parents: Virgil William and Lorena Estell (Ledford) Payne. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife, children, family, friends and caregivers. Services: A Memorial Service in honor of Bill Payne will commence at 1:30 pm, Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of Garland located at 801 W. Avenue B, Garland, Texas 75040.
