William A. "Pete" Ennis' Obituary
William A. “Pete” Ennis, aged 68, of Garland, TX, died on October 11, 2018. Pete was born on August 30, 1950, to Georgia Mae Simmons and an unknown father. He married Pamela Clark on August 31, 1985, in Austin, TX.For the last 20 years of his career, he worked in building maintenance for The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Prior to that, he worked many years in building and apartment maintenance.He served in the USN from January 19, 1970, until February 14, 1971. He was an E4 and was trained as a machinist.He is survived by his wife, Pamela Clark Ennis in Garland, TX. They did not have children. Other survivors are nephews Christopher and Johnathan Galka and Keith and Kenneth Yarbrough. He is survived by his niece Deanna Simmons Wax and children Chloe and Cameron. He is also survived by several cousins.Visiting hours for William A. “Pete” Ennis will be observed on Monday, October 22, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 2:30 pm.
