William Phillip Ealy , a lifelong resident of Richardson, Texas, was born on December 22, 1946 in Dallas, Texas and passed away February 15, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents William Walter and Clydeora Ealy. He is survived by his wife of 21 years Jackie Ealy, daughter Elaine Ealy, son William Marc Ealy, granddaughter Grace Butwell and Mother-in-law Joyce Hicks. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 11 AM at Restland Cemetery. Refreshments to follow at Restland Funeral Home.
