William "Bill" Raleigh Ely's Obituary
William “Bill” Raleigh Ely, age 80, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Saturday, May 4th, 2019. He was born on July 17, 1938 in Abilene, Texas to Billye Gambill Bifano and Federal Judge Walter Raleigh Ely. Bill graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. He pursued a career in banking in California and later moved back to Texas upon retirement. Bill had a passion for photography, cooking, and traveling the world. Bill will be sincerely missed by his beloved dog, Janet, his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
