Born March 30, 1925 in Cleburne, Texas and passed away October 7, 2009 in Dallas, Texas. William is preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Terry and son, Hal Rhyne. He is survived by his wife, Jo Rhyne, daughters, Judy Browning and husband, Mike and Kim Risinger; daughter-in-law, Marsha Rhyne; grandchildren, Blair Terry, Mark Terry, Sabrina Anderson, Jason Rhyne, Brooke Browning, Bridget Browning, great -grandchildren, McKayla and McKenna Anderson and siblings, LaVerne Bradley, Don Holly and Gene Holly. Visitation will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, October 9, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
