William is survived by his wife Martha Rogers; two sons William “Howard” Rogers (Karin), Samuel “Rex” Rogers (Marsha); one daughter “Karen” Gayle Rogers-Risinger (Dennis) and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife Nancy Rogers.
