William Wandelle Russell passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 77.William Wandelle Russell was born on December 28, 1941 to his loving parents: John Vernon “J.V.” and Julia (McClain) Russell. He was preceded in death by his wife Alice A Russell in 2008. Survived by son, David Russell and daughter Alicia Garner. He will be lovingly and deeply missed by his beloved family, devoted friends and all of the individuals who were fortunate enough to know him and love him. A Graveside Service for William Wandelle Russell will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 12:30 pm. The family of William Russell will receive visitors from 10:00 am -12:00 pm, also, on Wednesday December 4, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home.
