SEVADJIAN, WILLIAM JAMES, a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle & friend at 74 went to be with his Savior, Thursday, August 23, 2007 after a heroic battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Setrak & Vartoohi Sevadjian, and brothers, Edmund & Edward. Bill is survived by his wife, Jan; children, Emile & wife Rebekah, Aimee Bruce & husband Clint, & Greg Sevadjian; grandchildren, Bryant, Bradley & Blake Sevadjian, Madeline & Lilly Claire Bruce; nephews, Alan & Charles Sevadjian & cherished family. Born in Pasadena, CA of Armenian immigrants, Bill was raised in a Godly home, became active in Young Life, attended Whitworth Presbyterian College on a football scholarship, became a teacher & coach at Mira Costa High School, Glendale, CA Junior College on football staff at UCLA, scout for Dallas Cowboys, coached Lake Highlands Pop Warner football, an elder and bible class teacher at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. He lived to serve his Lord & honor & cherish his family.
