Susan,Catherine and Elizabeth, I can still hear Bill talking about you everyday at work. He was so proud of his family. He loved to brag about you all (and Spanky, too, of course!) Bill would take his cup of medicine every morning at work at 9:00 on the dot. The alarm on his watch went off at 9:00 to remind him, and I got into the same habit of taking my daily medicine at 9:00 too! I still do it today. No words will help ease your pain, but know that I am praying for you.
I am so sorry to hear about Bill and even more sorry that I didn't reconnect earlier. The universe brought Jim Fink and me together at a festival here in Chapel Hill, where we both now live. We're just catching up on mutual friends, and this is the first I heard of Bill. Susie, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember you being such a good friend to him – and this is before you both realized you were in love with each other! I pray that healing will come to you and your families. Jill
