Willie E. Hart, 90, died Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at home following a terminal illness. He leaves his companion of 16 years Anna Hill; his 2 daughters, Vera Hart and Gloria Brown; 1 son Willie Morgan; 3 brothers Kenneth, Glenn and Amos Hart; 3 sisters Norma Dillard, Mary Rogers, and Naomi Washington; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. A host of nephews; nieces, and friends. Born and raised in Gilmer, Texas the son of Willie and Emma Hart. Mr. Hart served in the United States Armed Forces Honorably discharged February 1960.Mr. Hart was employed at Parkland Memorial Hospital for 39 years; 30 of those years he was a Diener and supervisor of the morgue, performing autopsies. Mr. Hart had a passion for fishing and gardening and lived out his retirement doing so.Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 2:30 PM, in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave Dallas, Texas 75243. Burial to follow at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
