He was born on Tuesday, October 20, 1942, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Federico Salinas and Panfila Pesina in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Willie Salinas will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.Visitation for Mr. Willie Salinas will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 11:00am to 12:00 PM.
