Wilma Faye Dugan's Obituary
Dugan, Wilma Faye was born in Dallas, Texas on July 14, 1939 to Shine and Mildred Dennis. Wilma departed her earthly vessel while at home January 13, 2014 after a long illness. She attended North Dallas High School and later lived in Midland, TX and other West Texas oil towns while married to husband Leon Dugan, deceased. They later settled in Lake Highlands where she lived for over 50 years. Wilma had a keen eye for fashion and always knew what the next style would be six months before it would be in Vogue. She used this sense while working at the Dallas Apparel Mart. She loved her family, her pets and the Dallas Cowboys. Wilma is survived by husband, Jim Bailey of Dallas; daughter, Cyndi Collier and husband, Dennis Walker; sons, Daniel Dugan and Michael Braatz of Boston; grandchildren, Preston Dugan and wife, Christy and Samantha Collier; and several great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association of Dallas.
