Wilma Jaulette Jones' Obituary
Wilma Jaulette Jones, born on December 12, 1933, in Fouke, Arkansas, peacefully departed this world on April 10, 2025, to be with her Lord and Savior. Her life was marked by love, kindness, and devotion to her faith, family, and friends.
Wilma was married three times and was preceded in death by her loving husband and high school sweetheart, Wilton Ira Jones who passed on 4/10/2019.
She is survived by daughter, Debra Johnson, and twins Sherri Leverett and Stephen Hickey with Daughter in Law, Beth Hickey. Her grandchildren: Michelle Dotson, Sara Hickey, Devon Johnson with her partner Andre Pacheco and Stephanie Hickey with her partner Dominic Martinez. Great-grandchildren: Ryan Dotson and Ellie Rae Martinez.
Wilma loved life and touched everyone she knew with her inner beauty. She was full of kindness, compassion, a positive attitude, and remarkable charisma. She spent most of her career working in retail and sales, retiring to Kilgore, TX where she spent many years participating in the Red Hatters, Kilgore Garden Club, and was president of the Kilgore Women’s Club.
She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, including all of her beloved family, cherished friends, and countless others whose lives she touched. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Services will be held Good Friday, April 18th at 2PM, Wildwood Chapel, Restland Funeral Home, Dallas. Flowers may be sent through the provided links below. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Dementia Society of America and/or the American Heart Association in Wilma’s name.
