Wilma Jean Turnipseed's Obituary
Wilma Jean Turnipseed, 83, of Balch Springs, Texas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, in Sunnyvale, Texas. She was born on April 13, 1935, to her loving and thoughtful parents, William Moore and Dollie May Walker in Kearney, Missouri. Wilma married Junior Ree Turnipseed on July 15, 1981 in Miami, Oklahoma. She was a house wife, a member of planning and zoning and on the PTA board. She is survived by her husband, J.R. Turnipseed, daughters; Lisa Shepherd, and Sheila Bennight-Jones, sons; Dean Shepherd, Kenneth Bennight, John Turnipseed, and Eric Turnipseed, and grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Ed Shepherd.Visitation for Wilma Jean Turnipseed will be held Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home.
