Woody Bray's Obituary
WOODY
BRAY
born January 18, 1930 in Amarillo, TX, passed away December 15, 2020 in Richardson. Woody lived a rich and full life, from a student and athlete at Stanford, to his service in the Marine Corps, to his long and successful career in sales and entrepreneurship, to a well-earned retirement and volunteering for his community. He always stayed true to his West Texas roots, and he was always ready with a warm smile and a helping hand. His zest for life, his tireless work ethic, and his service to others provide an example and legacy that will live on in everyone who knew him. He was a loyal friend, a loving father, and a great man. He is survived by his sons Brett, Michael, and Paul; their wives Linda, Laura, and Kaori; and his grandchildren Amber, Ken, and Joseph. Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Woody will be remembered at a Requiem Mass, 10:00 AM, Monday, December 21, the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, 421 Custer Road, Richardson. Interment will follow at Restland. The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Arden Courts of Richardson for the compassion and care provided to Woody during the past several years. At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity https://dallasareahabitat.org/.
