Roy Luo was born to loving parents, Xiyuan Luo and Yuanhong Chen, in China on March 7, 1993. He passed away on the morning of Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Carrollton, Texas. He was 25 years of age. Roy was an analyst in the financial industry in New York.
