Yvonne Francis Waters' Obituary
WATERS, YVONNE FRANCIS was born January 14,1937 to Lewis Percy Chester and Bessie Jewel Keener Chester. She was the youngest daughter of 8 siblings. She was raised in Dallas, Texas and married Charles Locke and had 3 children, Becky, Chuck and Melissa & raised them as a single mom on her own with determination and love. A few years later, she met the love of her life, Larry – he was the answer to a prayer for strong leadership & love in our home. He loved her with all of his heart and she loved him. She was a wonderful wife; mother and friend and genuinely cared for those she came in contact with. In the business world, she had a strong work ethic and passion for perfection and success. She was a wonderful leader and hostess. In her later years as her health deteriorated, she was still organizing and trying to keep things neat and eyes that still sparkled when she laughed. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is now in the Arms of our Heavenly Father & the family and friends she has missed terribly for so long. We were all blessed by you. Rest in Peace She is survived by husband, Larry; son & daughter-in-law, Chuck & Paige Locke; daughters, Becky Locke & Melissa Locke; Sister-in-law, & Bobbie & Guy Andrews; her Beloved Rambo II, Bichon Frise, numerous nieces, nephews and Dear Friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
