I have known Zachary in Cub Scouts and BSA Scouts. He brought joy to everyone around him with a bright smile. He had so much life ahead of him, and his memory will always be cherished. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May Zachary rest in eternal peace.

Zach was my son’s best pal from early elementary school. I was lucky enough to get to know him as a young man and watch him grow up. I was able to go on half a dozen over night trips with him as a chaperone. Always very polite and caring, I loved him just as my son loved him. This is a HUGE loss for society, as I believe he was destined to do great things. Heaven gained a wonderful young man, my heart goes out to Mary and his family. I’ve been in tears since I have heard. Love you, you will be missed.
