Zeke Butler Kinslow's Obituary
KINSLOW, ZEKE BUTLER was born January 6, 1926 in Mexia, Texas and passed away on December 9, 2012 at age 86. He was a proud World War II Merchant Marine, a dedicated lifelong member of the Elks, and the proud father of Sharon Kay Furlow Kinslow, Peggy Jane Nichols, and Stephen Butler Kinslow. Zeke loved barbecue, pool, poker, football, and cold beer. He was a tough old coot with the proverbial heart of gold for his family and his many friends. He was the son of Obie and Verda Kinslow of Duncan, Oklahoma, both deceased, and brother of Dorothy June McConnell, deceased. He is survived by his wife, Jewel Frances Kinslow; his three children; son-in-law, Nick Nichols; grandson, Shawn Furlow; granddaughter, Shelly Franco and her husband, Tony; and great grandchildren, Ayden and Ava Franco. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home followed by the Graveside Service at 1:30 PM at Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Faith.
