Zelma Ruth Young was born on September 11, 1925 in Tioga, Texas and passed away May 17, 2015 in Plano, Texas. Zelma is survived by her son, Emmitt Charles Young, Jr.; daughter, Karen Hoy; grandchildren, Josh Hagens, Rachel Hagens, Cherrie Hagens and Nathan Hagens. Visitation for Zelma will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2015 at DFW National Cemetary. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75238 at Restland Road.
