I wish I was there to share in the service to honor you. As a child, you showed me what being a family was like, from being shushed for Dawn and I talking (long after we were supposed to be asleep) to the morning waffles (with peanut butter). I always felt safe and loved in your home. We became more like friends in the last few years and I will sorely miss our conversations.
