SAYLES, ALVIN DEAN born on May 26, 1937 to Winnace and Margie Sayles in Bertram, Texas passed away on January 19, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Winnace Sayles; wife, Joyce Sayles; and daughter, Cheryl Sayles-Lee. Al is survived by his mother, Margie Sayles; daughter, Lori Sayles and husband Craig Carlisle; son, Jack Sayles; and two grandchildren Jessica and Max . He is also survived by Frankie Campbell Sayles his loving caretaker and spouse. Visitation will take place at Restland Funeral Home on Thursday, January 21, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
