Mom, thank you for everything you did for me. I may not have gotten to spend as much time with you as we wanted, but the moments that we shared define who I am today. I wish you could see me now. I love you mom, and may you Rest In Peace.-Your Son, Tyler.
I miss you more than words can explain. You taught me so much about life, so much about friendship. No matter what happened between us, we always found each other again. Your persistent loyalty showed me what forgiveness meant, and your perseverance always gave me hope. You taught me strength where no others could. When you were with your children -when you would talk to them and about them – the beauty of that underscored the love I have for my own daughter. Tat loves and misses you too – you were like a big sister to her when you were here. You were important to so many, and often in ways that nobody else could be. As you used to say, "I've no words"… none… None that could come close to how you are missed. Despite this, you'd know. You'd understand. Only you would, because you knew me well. I can only wish that now you will look over us, and watch over us. Goodbye my friend.

I still remember the three year old I practiced my hair skills on! She was my son Shawn's first girlfriend. So many will miss you!
I knew Amy when she was still living in Anderson Mill with her Mom and Billy, those were the only ones in her family I ever met. She was strong willed, that was as apparent as the smile on her face. She seemed to never meet a stranger and was the sweetest, coolest little chick on the block. It breaks my heart to know that another young one from the Mill has passed, but even more so that someone so bright and kind was taken so soon. You'll be Amy, rest in comfort and peace.

I think that it was so very important to Amy that she was able to be at the hospital when Don had his accident and especially when you had your surgery. It was important to her. Just wanted you to know.
