Aunita Joyce Yates Lemons, 87 of Heath, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2020 Heath, Texas. She was born September 26, 1932 to Homer and Myrtle Yates in Mesquite, Texas. She married J.T. Lemons on August 16, 1950 in Dall Read Obituary
I so loved the Lemons'. I worked with them in AWANA for many years, and when JT passed away, Aunita continued to listen to those kids say those verses. She did it until it wasn't safe for her to drive in the dark on those winding roads back to Heath. She was a special person who loved the Lord, and she loved her church family. We will miss you. We're sad your gone, buy I'll bet JT was happy you finally arrived.

JT and Aunita were the reason we currently attend Fellowship Baptist. The first Sunday we visited, they took us under their wing and we became lifelong friends.
JT and Aunita have meant so much in our life that we now feel like a big hole exists in our heart.
