I’m known as Danalynne. My father was Murvel O Glass. I remember Ms Sally well. Since my move to east Texas about 20 years ago I’m sorry to say I’ve lost touch.
She always was smiling and looked beautiful. I attended Richard’s service although due to my health I won’t see y’all on Saturday. Much love to all of you.
I didn’t know your Momma, David, but I FEEL like I did. She obviously was an amazing lady and was loved by many. As you know, I also just lost my Momma on Sept. 29, and the Depression also affected her deeply. Your Mom was born in ‘31, as was mine. Your parents married in ‘54, as did mine. The Methodist Church played a large role in all of their lives. I so enjoyed reading about this special and lovely lady and I am sad I will not be in Dallas on the 20th to help celebrate her life. My prayers are with you and your family at this time of transition, change and loss.
