I can’t tell you how much I will miss sweet Aunt Bev. She never lost her Texas charm, accent and hospitality. I will always cherish those sweet moments as a child, visiting her and Uncle Dan in Dawson, TX in the summer and an occasional Thanksgiving. No matter how long it had been since our last visit, she had a way of making you feel no time had passed. I have a voicemail from her just weeks before her passing that I will save and treasure, just as an occasional reminder of one of God’s sweet gifts to us all.
