Billie Allen was one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever known. She always had a smile on her face and greeted you with a hug. She and Phil have been faithful members of Lakeside Baptist Church-Dallas for 40 years. She will be missed because the gift of her life was good, kind, and faithful.
