Billie Jean Dozier Allen, Born September 8, 1924 Reborn February 19, 2015. Billie loved her Church, her Family and her Husband, Phil whom she was married to for 70 loving years. Billie’s presence will be missed but not forgotten. Family and friends will come together at 12:30 P.M. Monday, February 23, 2015 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Cemetery to celebrate Billie’s life. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
