Billie Ann was my first and oldest friend. We grew up next door to each on Reeder Rd. in Field City. I was one in 1949 when my family moved there. Billie Ann and her grandparents, Geneva and Ted Lewis already lived there. Billie Ann, my brother Jack, and I, and the Gossin boys who lived on the other side of the Lewis' had a wonderful time growing up. We caught craw dads in the creek, played outside until way after dark, would hide from each other behind the big canna bush in the Lewis' back yard, and ran in and out of each other homes. Although I left Dallas 30 years ago, Billie Ann and I kept in touch all these many years. My heart is broken and I will miss her. I know Mom, Mr. & Mrs. Lewis, and now Billie Ann are all in Heaven waiting for us. I made a donation to the Reading Children's Home in Billie Ann's name. Kay Mooney Hamilton

Billie was in my class all during grade school, she is one of very few I kept in touch with, I still would run into her at the grocery store in Sherman and if anything would happen to any of our friends she would always call and tell me, She will be missed very much
