Billie Ann “Granny B” Ramsey born on January 9, 1949 in Dallas, Texas and passed away July 26, 2016 in Sherman, Texas. Survived by: husband, Freddy W. Ramsey, Sr.; daughter, Nina Roxanne Ramsey; son, Freddy Wayne Ramsey, Jr; sisters, Linda Sue Montgomery, Janet Marie Holloway, and Donna Lynn Ernest; three grandchildren, Ashley L. Spencer, Jared H. Ramsey, and Warren D. Wade; and other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 12 PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
