I was married to Bill's son Richard and even though we divorced, Bill never ceased treating me like family. He was always there for my son Dylan as he was growing up, taking him anywhere and everywhere with him. Picking out and cutting down a beautiful live Christmas tree every year was their "thing". Any time Dylan and I moved, he was right there with a United truck to help out. If there ever was a Granddad angel here on earth it was Bill Chapman, one of the best and kindest men I have ever known. I will miss him forever. With love, Donna Hays Chapman Kinsel
