Uncle Bill was the middle child of Charley and Ava Lee Coats, but he soon became the leader of the family. We all loved him and delighted in going his and Jewel’s house in the early days.
Uncle Bill loved his family’. In most conversations he would talk proudly of his children. Ex. Kim was a blessing, Shannon had become his best friend, Lisa was the best chef and would come over and cook for him. And in case you were wondering, he had the grandest grandchildren of anyone.
Cindy, another neice said it well with ‘he was a mountain of a man’. He also had a mountain of a heart, especially for his beloved family.
We loved him dearly. He will be missed.
