It is difficult to pick just one special memory of Uncle Bill. For me he became known simply as U.B. I spent several summers growing up with the Wilson family. First in Alabama & then in Connecticut. Great times! I recall one special moment with U.B. as a young adult. The first time I met Uncle Nick. The first time U.B. made me aware I wasn't just this kid coming to visit Liz and the kids. Uncle Nick had driven up in his new sports car from DC. We had just finished dinner and Uncle Bill and Uncle Nick decided they were going to go for a walk around the neighborhood. Without hesitation, Uncle Bill turned to me and said, "Do you want to come along?" "Sure." I responded. We spend about and hour, the three of us walking and talking. I was so excited to be included. More than once I let him know that "I adopted him." He was the weathliest man I know. He married the love of his life. He raised four good kids. He remained a good Christian steward all his life. I will miss him and his great sense of humor. Love, Lee
