Bruce was the kindest uncle. Some of my fond memories with Bruce are celebrating his graduation from medical school in Galveston (of course I was very young & mostly remember playing on the beach), being so excited when Uncle Bruce was going to marry Kathy, watching Bruce play in his church orchestra during an amazing Christmas performance, and watching how Bruce loved his wife and children. I also remember that I visited Bruce’s doctor’s office once when I had hurt my knee. He was professional & compassionate as he cared for me. He was a wonderful man.
