I had the honor of being Carl Gruninger's son-in-law, and I will always be grateful for the blessing he gave me to marry his daughter Lisa. The blessing was not the traditional response you would expect but he showed his exceptional wisdom and agreed, we have now been married for 36 years. Being a part of the Gruninger family has taught me what it means to be part of a large, loving family. He successfully brought up five exceptional children who prioritize family values and have established their own households.
Through his example, Carl showed us the importance of family, and how love and support can overcome any challenge. His legacy will live on through his children and grandchildren. I am grateful to have been a part of Carl's life, and I will always cherish the memories we shared.
