Hinkle, C. John was born December 9, 1930 in Dallas, Texas and passed away February 9, 2016 in Plano, Texas. Preceded in death by his father, Casper Hinkle; his mother, Lillie Hinkle. Survived by his wife, Ada Hinkle; son, David Hinkle, and wife, Kathleen; daughter, Deborah Cannon; granddaughters: Ashley Hinkle; Claire Hinkle; and Amanda Cannon; grandson, Evan Hinkle; great- grandsons: Urijah Skelton, Jackson Hinkle; great- granddaughter, Hailie Hinkle. Visitation will be Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 2:00- 4:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, with Graveside Services at 3:00 PM at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to IFCJ.org International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
