Cecil Richardson born on November 23, 1931 in DeAnn, AR and passed away on July 26, 2016 in Dallas, TX. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. The most genuine kind hearted person I ever met. He truly was a Saint and touched the lives of everyone he ever met. Preceded in death by daughter, Brenda Saldivar. Survived by wife, Frances Richardson; daughters, Karen Estes and Becky McCoy and son, Keith Richardson. Family will receive friends on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 3:00PM – 4:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, July 29, 2016 at 3:00PM in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
