Viola Board
Charlene was one of many of my nieces & nephews but one that was very dear to my heart. I lived with her parents for a short while and practically raised Charlene and her brother, Lawrence. Her love of flowers and animals was very obvious – at one point, driving in Dallas one night, the person in the car ahead of her threw a puppy out the car window. Charlene stopped, picked up the puppy, took it home to her mother to raise – it turned out to be a most fabulous pet! She kept her patio full of cacti and flowers and was the “talk of the neighborhood”. Charlene, you will be missed so much – our phone calls and emails! I love you. Aunt Viola Board
