Charles Robert Barnett's Obituary
Charles Robert Barnett, M.D. was born in Dallas, Texas on October 5, 1950 and passed away on March 27, 2016. He was raised in Dallas and attended Austin College, graduating in 1972. He trained at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After completing a residency in Neurology at UTMB he completed a fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in June 1981 and afterwards began his medical practice in Dallas. He later served as Chief of Staff of Medical City Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Anthony Barnett and Nell Caldwell Barnett. He is survived by his wife Ann, son Matthew and many cherished friends.
