Charles (Chuck) L. Carter, Jr., a long time resident of Richardson, TX, peacefully went to be with the Lord late Monday night, January 12, 2015. He was 88 years old. Charles is survived by his wife, Gladys Carter; daughter, Susan Read Obituary

I have not seen Chuck for a long time now, however I think of him often. His work with the ASQ Inspection Division was OUTSTANDING. It was where we first met. I was in 1990 selected as the Inspection Division Inspector of the Year. Chuck was there, and guided me and the Division for many more years. My thoughts are with him and his family in this sad time.
