Charles (Chuck) L. Carter, Jr., a long time resident of Richardson, TX, peacefully went to be with the Lord late Monday night, January 12, 2015. He was 88 years old. Charles is survived by his wife, Gladys Carter; daughter, Susan Page and husband, David; son, Charles (Chuck) III and wife, Carol, as well as 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The visitation for Charles Carter will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Charles Carter will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 3:00pm at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
