Although I didn't know Mr. Cosby himself, I salute him and his company for serving my needs well for many years in a way that's not so easily come by nowadays.
Some of many fond and GREAT memories are of the times when Marie and I would pick up the "Sunday School Lessons for distribution in Mineola and Lindale, Tex; Charles and Shirley would always invite us in for coffee. Well, we got more than coffee, we also got sweet fellowship and lots of LOVE. We would be serious at times, but we would also cut up a lot, we will surely miss those times. He and Shirley were also the ones who introduced us to the "Wattaburger FREE Senior Drinks"...smile We spent a few afternoons enjoying good burgers and wonderful fellowship. What a wonderful child of God! We thank our Lord for making Brother Charles a large Part of our lives.
Home at last !!!!!! Praise Jesus !!!!!

Shirley, Richard and I were so sorry to hear this news. We have always remembered Charles’ kindness toward us. The Mark Twain group has remained among our favorite memories. Good memories of Charles include the one and only time that we “dog-sat” for your little dog. However, Charles neglected to tell us that your “baby” was a biter. We actually had to move your bed to get him to go outside., and almost got bitten in the process. This was in addition to letting one of your chinchillas escape his cage under our watch. I’m not sure that Charles trusted us after that episode, since he never Asked us to babysit again. During this difficult time, I pray that you and your family will remember the funny moments with Charles. He was a very special and kind man, and will be missed. May the Lord give you comfort at this time. You are in our prayers.
