Charles Wayne Gibbs was born on January 26, 1944 in Belton, Texas and passed away on May 13, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Charles is survived by wife, Ruth Gibbs; son, C.W. Gibbs; mother, Dorothy Zunker; and sisters, Charlotte Hagemann and spouse Donald, Nelda Zunker and spouse Kenny. Charles served in the US Navy during the Vietnam conflict. He also owned and operated “Customized Security Services”. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 2:30 PM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243.
