Mr. Charles Leroy Smith, 64, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021, in Cleburne, Texas. He was born to Mr. Jimmy Smith and Virginia Poynor on February 18, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas. Charles leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
Charles is preceded in death by his son, Jason LeRoy Smith and his father, Jimmy Dewitt Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Smith; his mother, Virginia Smith; daughters, Jennifer Anderson; Violet Chastain; son in law, Arnold Anderson; brother, Dale Smith (Kylia); sister, Debbie Sue Jenkins (Kenny); grandchildren, Breauna Smith, Constynce Parr, Anthony Smith, Nicklous Anderson; Lexi Chastain and Anthony Chastain; great grandchildren, Khaeli Lara. Along with many nieces, nephews and even more loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at, The Wildwood Chapel. Services will follow on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 2:00 pm at, The Wildwood Chapel.
