Weltzin and wife Sandy, and Douglas David Weltzin and wife Ginny, and Lawrence Hajik; 13 grandchildren Michael, Mathew, Shannon, Erik, Stacy, Sean, Jason, Kristie, Barbara, Brandon, Chase, Alicia, and Samantha; great-grandchildren: Jayden, Brayden, Garrett, Christian, Erik Jr., Meriella, William, Gabriela, Kayleigh, Kaelyn, Ethan, and Gavin; sister Elizabeth Hittson; and brother, Ralph Weltzin.
