My love for the Hedge Family goes back for 45 years. I'm very sad for the entire family with the lose of Cherine. She was my friend and client for 45 years. She was kind, generous, happy, always positive and I have missed her since my retirement and move from Dallas. The Hedge family are wonderful people and will forever be in my heart. Tears and sadness in Sacramento today. Cherine and her family meant a lot to me through the years our kids were growing up. There are many small things that Cherine and Joe did for me that they will have forgotten, but I never will. She was a very special lady, and will be greatly missed. I am Kenneth Sutton. I first met Cherine at 6 years old at Lisbon Elem. She was the prettiest girl in class and all the boys loved her. We met again at Adamson. She was still the prettiest girl and guess what – all the boys loved her. We met again at our 50th reunion – still beautiful. She had a small group of old Lisbon friends at her house and we loved her hospitality (and that of her daughter), She was a great person. Condolences to the family.

I met Cherine while working at Briggs-Freeman. She was funny, smart and very kind, always willing to help and always with a smile. I sought out her help and wisdom on several real estate deals.
