I met Les in 1977 and we worked together for a short time. But he became a good and loyal friend over the years. We went to Rolling Stones concerts and Texas Rangers baseball games together and he introduced me to the Aerobics Center. And he always made me laugh.

I knew Les during the time he managed the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center for the City of Dallas and afterwards. He was the perfect leader; generous, funny, effective, resilient and more. He was always smiling while he did this tough work. He will be missed.

I have known Les since Sunset High School. He was a dear friend and a fun guy to be around. We had some wonderful times at Sunset. Les was a great dancer. I was so sorry to hear of his passing.
