Tonja, I am so sad for your loss. Your mom was a special person and I know you will miss her tremendously. Love you and loved Darlene. Pat White, Counselor and friend
My family is with you and Ron in spirit. Your Mother and I had an everlasting friendship from the day I walked into Garland High. She was the first person to take me under her wing and show me the way. I appreciated her kindness and her humor. You know she stayed with my family so we could graduate together. She never forgot my Mother's willingness to take on another teenager. We will miss her. Peggy Douglas Dorsey Nancy Douglas Outlaw

I Remember Darlene ' s love for her children and her love for her parents and her friends. I remember when we lived on the same street in junior high school, her fun loving ways and our bridge parties. I remember her compassion for others and her love for the class of 59. she was my friend always optimistic. l remember her never saying anything bad about anyone. Her struggle is over now so my friend go rest on that high mountain. I will miss you but I know you are in the arms of the angels.
